As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. To initiate a return, email us at shop@studioroof.com.
We will refund the total order amount, including initial freight costs, within 14 days of the cancellation date. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days after we receive the items, provided they are undamaged.
Ensure the product is properly assembled before attempting to hang it.
